BCSO COVID-19 Cancellation and Patron Information
Dear BCSO Patrons,
We are saddened to announce that all remaining events for the 2019-2020 season are being canceled or postponed. This is being done out of an abundance of caution and concern for the well being of you, our patrons, as well as our Musicians, Staff and Volunteers.
CANCELED: April 11th, 2020 “Mahler’s Titan” POSTPONED UNTIL 2021: May 2nd, 2020 “Dance with Butler County Celebrities” fundraiser
Donate your ticket:
Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join BCSO for a concert, the orchestra will be there to share the joy of live music with you once more, as a healthy, vibrant and financially secure organization.
Exchange your tickets for future performances:
We are more than happy to exchange your tickets for a voucher that will be good toward any concert in our soon to be announced 2020-2021 concert season. We understand patrons are thinking carefully about purchasing tickets for future performances.
Tickets for canceled events are eligible for a refund.
For help with any of these options please contact our office at email@example.com or (724)-283-1402. The office will be closed to the public for the next 2 weeks. Please take note that due to the potential influx of emails and calls related to this issue, and the fact that the BCSO is a single employee organization, that it may take an extended period of time to process your request.
Your support today is more important than ever. As a nonprofit arts organization, Butler County Symphony Orchestra relies on the people we serve. That has never been more true than during this time of event closures as our community works together to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Please consider the role music plays in your life and support your Orchestra with a gift of any amount today.
